Redhouse Cone Glassworks
and Stourbridge canal

On the site of the former Stuart & Sons Glassworks, the Red House cone remains an important landmark on the Stourbridge skyline. Sorry you can't see the top of it in this panorama! In the direction of the bridge the canal carries on to Wordsley and then to Stourton and in the opposite direction it goes to Brierley Hill. The bridge itself carries the main road from Stourbridge to Wolverhampton.
