If you measured a town by the number of clubs and societies it has then Stourbridge is a rich town indeed. It's one of the things that makes the town special, the vibrancy and enthusiasm of people for a huge range of topics. This is only a small number of them so if you are a member of a club please get in touch, even if you don't have a website, no charge.

	The group is a volunteer led association of like minded people who care for Stourbridge, and who don’t wish to watch it disappear under a growing layer bottles, cans and fast food packaging. 	West Midlands Disability Swimming Squad - The WMDSS is a charity that enables disabled swimmers to reach their potential and helps members compete at regional, national and international level. It has also had Paralympic success, bringing gold medals back to the West midlands. 	Side by Side is an independent theatre company giving learning disabled actors, who have trained in performing arts, the opportunity to work as actors and dancers in a professionally run group. 	RSPCA Stourbridge Branch - Like every other RSPCA branch in England and Wales, the Stourbridge and District Branch is a separate registered charity to the National RSPCA. We are totally self-funding, which means that all the money we spend on rescuing cats, dogs and other small animals within the Stourbridge area, must be raised by us in the Stourbridge area. 	Stourbridge Army Cadets We are affiliated to 2nd Battalion, Mercian Regiment. We are keen to recruit cadets, male and female, 12 - 18 years old. Uniform is provided free of charge. Everything you do in Round table brings enjoyment, most of all its always fun! We meet a couple of times a month and get involved in all manner of social and fundraising activities. 	The National Childbirth Trust is the largest and best known childbirth and parenting charity in Europe. It wants all parents to have an experience of pregnancy, birth and parenthood that enriches their lives and gives them confidence in being a member. Stourbridge and Halesowen branch of the NCT gives support to new parents by providing a wide range of services, as well as a friendly network of local mums. 	An amateur company, originally founded in 1930, Stourbridge Theatre Company has regularly presented productions to local audiences ever since. Performances have ranged comprehensively over a wide spectrum; from Shakespeare and Greek tragedy to modern farce.
	The STOURBRIDGE AMNESTY GROUP are looking for new members. We are an active group doing such things as book sales, letter writing days, barn dances. We have taken part in the Stourbridge Carnival, Sounds in the Park and support the Body Shop in their campaigns.We meet at Hanbury Baptist Church, Hanbury Hill, Stourbridge every month at 8pm. 	Kingswinford & Stourbridge Lions Club The Lions are a 'community service' organisation, a group of men and women who believe that those who live with a community are in the best position to understand and in some part meet the needs of that community. Whether it be supplying an essential piece of equipment for the local medical centre, or drug education packs for the local school, or simply giving a local neighbour a lift to the doctors surgery, Lions will consider taking it on board. Along with all the fundraising, we are able to enjoy a very active social life. There is always a dance, a concert, a country walk or something happening. We now have a ten bedded residential unit that opened in August 1999.
