Welcome to Coops boxing camp. On the 12th September 2011, Shaun Cooper, ex professional boxer and now professional boxing coach opened the doors to the first of the new generation of boxing and fitness gyms in Brockmoor, Brierley Hill, West Midlands. The boxing gym is right in the heart of the Midlands.
The gym contains 10 punching stations, full size boxing ring and four experienced coaches. There is also a studio within the gym for our weekly Zumba and Hour of power sessions. Training sessions are open to people of all fitness and skill levels and trainees can benefit from improved: Skill and Technique; Hand Speed and Footwork, Punching Power; Conditioning; Muscle Tone; Fat Loss; Stress Reduction
